This chocolate almond gluten free waffle recipe is so easy to make with just a few simple ingredients. Plus these waffles are freezer friendly and can be frozen for up to 3 months. Make up a big batch today and have homemade gluten free waffles all week.

This gluten free waffle recipe is so easy to make at home and yummy as well. It requires just a few simple ingredients and not much time. The waffles can be refrigerated up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months. You could make up a big bunch one weekend and have homemade gluten free waffles all week! This will also save you money vs purchasing pre-made frozen gluten free waffles and I am sure these will taste better too!

Chocolate Almond Gluten Free Waffle Recipe

Yields

4 Servings

Ingredients

1 Cup almond flour

1 ¼ Cups milk

1 Eggs

¼ Cup sugar

¼ Cup grated chocolate

¼ Cup chopped almonds

¼ Cup shredded coconut

 

Directions

Preheat waffle iron to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, mix flour, milk, eggs, and sugar. Stir well.

Add almonds, coconut, and chocolate. Mix with a spoon.

Transfer to the waffle iron, then cook for 3 minutes.

Tips

The waffles can be refrigerated up to 3 days, or frozen for up to 3 months.
