So another easy way to get a little extra fun money is to use Swagbucks. Swagbucks is a search engine powered by Google and Ask. I admit I was a bit skeptical about Swagbucks so I used it myself for a few months before letting you know about it. Now I am a believer.
I signed up about two months ago and just from doing my regular searches, I have earned almost 2000 swag bucks. This is enough for $20 of Amazon giftcards! There are lots of ways to earn Swagbucks. You can earn them by using their search tool bar, completing surveys, shopping links and more. All I have done though is use the search bar. I search for sites that I already know like Bargain Shopper Mom or ebates. I always get a little rush when I earn Swagbucks for searching for Bargain Shopper Mom. A $10 Starbucks gift card costs 1300 swag bucks or a $5 Amazon gift card only costs 450 swag bucks. (Enough to get a free magazine subscription or something else!)
Now is a great time to sign up for Swagbucks because they are having a great Back to School promotion happening all week. There are sales on merchandise, limited edition collector Swag Buck bills, and even a Swag Code Extravaganza this Thursday, during which they will be releasing AT LEAST 5 codes that day. Additionally, there is a great code that will help you start out with 70 Swagbucks in your account!
So how do you get started?
- You sign up for a Swagbucks account and you automatically get 30 swagbucks.
- You enter the SwagCode BackToSchool to get an additional 40 Swagbucks. The code is case sensitive and is valid through 8/15 at 11:59 pm PDT. You enter your code on the Swagbucks main page on the right hand top corner and click Gimme.
Sign up today and start earning Swagbucks!

Did you just sign up for Swagbucks? This code is only for people who are just signing up. It is case sensitive too.
Has anyone else tried it? It is supposed to work.
