Restaurant.com Weekly Promo Offer 125 X 125

Do you like to go out to eat and do you like to save money? Then you need to try Restaurant.com.

It’s so easy. Just use the search to find a restaurant. Many of the  participating restaurants have different offers, so pick the place that suits you best. In other words, READ THE FINE PRINT. Some are only good Mon -Thurs or have a dollar value that you need to spend to use the certificate. They provide handy descriptions and even menus to help you decide. Follow the instructions for purchasing a gift certificate and print it out. In minutes you’re all set for a night out for less!

I use it all the time to help our dining out budget. Let me give you an example of how it works. Bargain Shopper Dad’s favorite restaurant is Rochester Mills (a brewery with good food and kid friendly). They are a member of restaurant.com. I search by my zip code and find them. I  look at the fine print which says:

Minimum purchase of $45. 18% Gratuity added prior to discount. Valid for Dinner ONLY. Excludes: Holidays/Special Events, Other Offers/Promotions. Valid on parties of 2 or more. One certificate per party.

This is not a problem since I know we go for dinner and that $45 or more is about what we usually spend there. So I purchase the $25 gift certificate. The regular price for the gift certificate is $10 but there tend to be coupon codes quite a bit. These coupons vary (from 40% -80%)  and right know there is one available for 80% off making the certificate cost just $2. I like to stock up when they are this price.

After I buy the certificate, I can print it out and bring it with me to the restaurant. When the bill comes, I give them the certificate and they subtract $25 from my total bill.

An easy example of how this works.

Total bill is $50
subtract $25 with certificate.
Bill is now $25 plus the $2 it cost me at restaurant.com.
Total cost = $27

By using the certificate, I have saved $23! Not too shabby.

Check out restaurant.com today and see what offers are available in your area. Remember that right now is a great time to buy with the 80% off code. Just enter the code FUN and the 80% will be deducted.

I just found out that restaurant.com is on ebates so you can buy through them to save a bit extra. If you do not have an ebates account,  you can click here to sign up.

Save 80% Off Restaurant.com $25 Gift Cert. Use code FUN and pay $2 through 7/12/10.
