Sunshine Shoppe Supply has best crafting supplies and we are so excited to share our BargainShopperMom 10% discount with our readers that is good now through June 26th. ( expired) Their prices are already very reasonable and much lower than you would pay at your local craft store. Also, the quality is much better! The Sunshine Shoppe was kind enough to send me some cool samples to create a few fun hair accessories to show you, but I didn’t even begin to show you all pretty things they have in their shop. I love to make hair accessories for my daughter, hair ties for myself and they make great party favors. My daughter recently had a birthday and if you scroll down, I took a picture of the hair ties that we gave as favors.
About a month ago, I wrote a tutorial on how to make DIY Hair Ties. Sunshine Shoppe Supply carries all of the supplies to make these hair ties in solids, glitter, lace and fun prints like chevron and polka dot. They also carry pretty beads for hair ties, supplies to make hair flower clips, flower headbands, bling buttons for clips, ribbon for hair bows and so much more. Fold over elastic starts $.50/yard and hair flowers for making clips and headbands start at just $.70!

These Pretty in Pink Hair Ties that I made with both printed and solid fold over elastic reminds me of Paris! What girl doesn’t love pink?
The glitter hair ties are my daughter’s favorite and these hair ties are even prettier in person. If you are following my tutorial and want to make a hair tie holder, you will need to use cardboard to make your holder as this glitter elastic is very sturdy.
Sunshine Shoppe Supply carries these sparkly bling bead balls for just $1.79. I folded the FOE and pushed it through the hole and carefully slid it to the middle of the FOE before I tied and finished it off. Stores like Emi-Jay sell these Crystal Bead Hair Ties starting at $8.99 each and I made mine for about $2.
You can also find these pretty flat-back buttons with no shank at Sunshine Shoppe Supply, along with lots of different hardware for clips, hair pins and more. I used the hair pin hardware and a little bit of E6000 glue to attach these gorgeous buttons. You can also use these buttons as centers of your hair flower clips.
I love these modern Chevron-printed hair ties that I made with this Chevron FOE. The Sunshine Shoppe Supply carries this print along with so many other fun prints!
Melissa showed her daughter’s pretty party favors that she made on the BargainShopperMom Facebook page and I thought I would show the ones I made too! My daughter’s friends just loved these and I was happy to create something that wouldn’t be tossed aside, like so many other party favors.
