Everyone wants to be stylish for school but no one wants to break the bank to do so. The girls and I recently headed to Kmart to find some back to school clothing. My youngest who recently started 5th grade is all about being trendy and still being comfortable.
Her first choice was the Route 66 Girl’s Lace Yoke Top. The top has an adorable floral-print lace inset. It adds a pop of pretty color to this girl’s sporty long-sleeve top from Route 66. It is super soft but the details kick up her casual style.
She paired the Route 66 Girl’s Colored Denim Jeggings with the yoke top. These are made of stretch twill with some bling decoration in the front. There is an adjustable inner waistband that will grow with her. I love pants with this detail because it helps get sizing just right!
Last but not least she picked out the Joe Boxer Recap Black/White High-Top Sneaker. These shoes finish off a sporty look for back to school.
All three of these pieces can be mix and matched with other items in her closet to create even more back to school options. The Lace Yoke Top will be cute with plain blue denim as well.
The favorite piece though she chose was the Holiday Editions Girl’s Faux Fur Vest. This faux fur vest is on trend and gives her some glamour. It has an open front which makes it perfect for showing off the rest of her adorable outfit.
All the pieces are very reasonably priced which is great for growing kids. Each piece was less than $20 each including the shoes!
Check out the Kmart website to see more kids clothing that will help your kids look stylish for back to school at a great price!
