You’re going to love these 4th of July Treats. Not only are these red, white, and blue mini fruit pizzas fast and easy to make but they’re really, really good as well.

If you’re ready to create a tasty dessert that takes minimal effort but delivers perfectly on flavor, this is the recipe for you.

- Sugar cookie dough - Cream cheese - Powdered sugar - Vanilla - Strawberries - Blueberries

Start by preheating the oven and dividing the sugar cut dough evenly into 24 pieces. Once that is done put them 2 inches apart on your baking sheet. Pop them in the oven and cook for 10-12 minutes.

As you’re giving the cookies time to cool, it’s time to prep the fruit. Wash and stem the strawberries and slice them into 2-3 slices. Make certain to rinse off the blueberries, too.

Grab a bowl and mix the powdered sugar, vanilla, and cream cheese on high for about 3 minutes. Put the mixture on top of each cooled cookie.

Add one strawberry slice on each cookie and then put the blueberries around the edge.Pop in the fridge if you’re not going to eat right away.
