Sweet Potato Appetizer Crisps with Slaw Recipe
This Sweet Potato Crisps with Slaw recipe is the easiest most flavorful appetizer ever and they are also a total crowd favorite. You can make just a few or feed a crowd if you multiply the recipe.
Servings 3 -4
- 1 Sweet potato
- ½ Cup red cabbage
- ¼ Cup cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp chopped chives
- 1 Lemon juiced
- Salt and white pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350F.
Prepare a sheet with cooking spray.
Wash the sweet potato and slice it thinly.
In a bowl mix the cream cheese, and white pepper.
Place the sweet potato slices on the sheet letting 1 inch of space between each one and top with one teaspoon of the sauce.
Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set aside to cool down before taking the sweet potato slices.
In a bowl mix the red cabbage, chive, lemon, and salt. Top the sweet potato slices with it.
Serve and enjoy.
