Sweet Potato Appetizer Crisps with Slaw Recipe

This Sweet Potato Crisps with Slaw recipe is the easiest most flavorful appetizer ever and they are also a total crowd favorite. You can make just a few or feed a crowd if you multiply the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 Sweet potato
  • ½ Cup red cabbage
  • ¼ Cup cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • Salt and white pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • Prepare a sheet with cooking spray.
  • Wash the sweet potato and slice it thinly.
  • In a bowl mix the cream cheese, and white pepper.
  • Place the sweet potato slices on the sheet letting 1 inch of space between each one and top with one teaspoon of the sauce.
  • Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and set aside to cool down before taking the sweet potato slices.
  • In a bowl mix the red cabbage, chive, lemon, and salt. Top the sweet potato slices with it.
  • Serve and enjoy.
