Easy Kung Pao Chicken Recipe

  • 1 Tbsp tamari sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • ¼ Cup chopped carrots steamed
  • ¼ Cup chopped green beans steamed
  • ¼ Cup peas steamed
  • ¼ Cup corn steamed
  • Sesame seeds to taste


  • Cut the chicken in cubes and take to a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the chicken for 1 minute.
  • Add the tamari sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, and continue cooking until the chicken is golden brown and set aside.
  • In a bowl mix the carrots, green beans, peas and corn.
  • Add the cooked chicken and mix it.
  • Top with sesame seeds, serve and enjoy.
