MATERIALS

Print Cupcake topper files on white card stock Cut out topper images with scissors or use scallop punch on circles.

For neckties - Open the tag up and place adhesive on the inside of the tag.

For neckties, insert 1/3 of your toothpick at the bottle and seal your tag back shut.

For circle toppers - use two cupcake toppers and place adhesive and toothpick between with the circles.
