Easy Barbecue Beef Sliders Recipe with Memphis Slaw

If you are looking for an easy slider recipe you have come to the right place! These mini Barbecue Beef Sliders have a base of a biscuit and are cover with bbq ground beef and memphis slaw. They are so easy to make and serve at any party and would be perfect for a superbowl party. They are hearty and can be used as a mini meal. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and then Brown ground beef and drain excess oil. Place beef in a mixing bowl and add barbecue sauce stirring to combine. After that you will press biscuit dough into bottom of muffin tin and fill with approximately 2 tablespoons of barbecue meat mixture. Place in preheated oven and bake for 7-10 minutes or until biscuits are browned.

Ingredients

Barbecue Cups ---

  • 20 Small Canned Biscuits 2 Cans
  • 2 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1-1/2 c. Barbecue Sauce

Memphis Slaw ---

  • Bagged Slaw Mix
  • 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
  • 2 T. Honey
  • 1 T. White Vinegar
  • 1 t. Celery Seed
  • 1/2 t. Onion Powder
  • Salt to Taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Brown ground beef and drain excess oil.
