CROCK POT OR SLOW COOKER HEART HEALTHY CHICKEN TACOS

This yummy slow cooker recipe will make your whole family happy and as a bonus it is heart healthy too!

This is especially nice for those nights that we don’t get home from soccer practice until 7:00 pm and people are starving.

INGREDIENTS

– 1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast halves – 2 cloves garlic minced – 1 can 10 3/4 ounces Campbell’s® Healthy Request® Condensed Tomato Soup – 2 teaspoons ground cumin – 1/4 teaspoon ground chili powder – 3/4 cup Pace® Picante Sauce

SLOW COOKER HEART HEALTHY CHICKEN TACOS

 Stir the garlic, soup, cumin and chile powder in a 4-quart slow cooker.

Cover and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or HIGH for 4 to 5 hours until the chicken is fork-tender.

Remove the chicken to a cutting board. Using 2 forks, shred the chicken.
