Sweet Potato Crisps with Slaw Recipe – Yummy Appetizer

Sweet Potato Crisps with Slaw are the easiest most flavorful sweet potato appetizer ever and they are also a total crowd favorite.

- sweet potato - red cabbage - cream cheese - chives - lemon juiced


Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a sheet with cooking spray.

Wash the sweet potato and slice it thinly. The easiest way to do this is with a food processor or mandoline.


In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, and white pepper. Place the sweet potato slices on the sheet letting 1 inch of space between each one and top with one teaspoon of the sauce.


Transfer to the oven and bake for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool down before taking the sweet potato slices.
