In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat your chocolate chips and butter on 50% power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted (do not over heat, as white chocolate burns quickly)
Add in your almond extract and mix
Add your Chex cereal to a large bowl
Pour your white chocolate over your Chex cereal and mix carefully with a spatula
Mix in about 3/4 of your sprinkles with your melted white chocolate and mix again
Place your powdered sugar and cake mix into a large ziplock< bag
Scoop your chocolate coated cereal into your bag and shake
Serve in a colorful dish and top off with the rest of your sprinkles
