Lay out a piece of parchment paper and place your light green candy melts into a microwave safe bowl

Heat your candy melts on 50% power for 3-4 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted

Dip the end of your lollipop sticks into the melted light green chocolate, open an Oreo, place your stick inside, and sandwich the Oreo back together

Freeze your Oreos pops for a couple minutes so the chocolate hardens on the stick, then dip them into your melted chocolate making sure each side is covered, letting the excess chocolate drip off and place onto your parchment paper

Open about 10 Starbursts and roll them together between two pieces of parchment paper

Use your heart shaped cookie cutter to cut out small hearts and place them onto each green pop

Sprinkle with your white sugar and enjoy
