If you are looking for a fun an easy Christmas treat, these Grinch Cookie Pops are sure to be a hit. They are so easy to make with Oreos, melting candy and red starbursts. I love that they are a bit subtle but anyone who is fan of the grinch will recognize the grinch green and tiny red heart.
And what happened, then? Well, in Whoville they say – that the Grinch’s small heart grew three sizes that day. And then – the true meaning of Christmas came through, and the Grinch found the strength of ten Grinches, plus two!

3. Dip the end of your lollipop sticks into the melted light green chocolate, open an Oreo, place your stick inside, and sandwich the Oreo back together
