Homemade Coconut Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

  • Cup coconut milk
  • ½ Cup agave nectar
  • 3 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 homemade vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place the ice cream maker bowl in the fridge.
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix for 2-3 minutes.
  • Take the mixture to the fridge and let it cool for 2 hours.
  • Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker bowl and churn according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Serve, top with some coconut flakes, and enjoy
  • If you like your ice cream a bit more crunchy, you can add ½ cup coconut flakes to the mixture to amp up the crunchiness.
