fresh raspberries

mini loaf pans
non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray the mini loaf pans with non-stock cooking spray.
Combine the eggs, milk, butter, mashed bananas, sugar and vanilla mixing well.
Add in the whole wheat flour and baking powder.
Finally, add in 3/4 cup of the fresh raspberries. Reserve a few to add on top of the mini loaves prior to baking.
Evenly pour the batter into each of the loaf pans. Add a few of the extra raspberries on top.
Bake 25-30 minutes on 350 degrees.
Insert a toothpick into the bread around 25 minutes. If it comes out clean, the bread is done.
Allow the bread to cool before removing from the pans.
