With everyone staying home more, we thought we would share some cute comfy outfits that are easy to wear but you still look cute and ready for a zoom call. These cute comfortable outfits for women mix and match for ten different outfits or more. Be sure to check out all our Capsule Wardrobe Outfit Ideas.

What are some cute comfy stay at home outfits?

This is the question everyone seems to be asking these days. We want cute and comfortable outfits that are great for staying at home. We included cute comfy outfits with leggings but lots of other comfy casual outfits that have jeggings as well. We know that many people are trying to spend less money these days so we included pieces from two affordable stores Old Navy and Kohl’s.

These cute but comfy outfits are made up of pieces from each store. However, we have shown alternate options if you would like to just shop at one store for everything. Plus don’t forget to shop in your closet! I am sure many of you already own similar pieces in these cute but casual outfits. I happen to own similar pieces to about half of these comfy outfits items myself.

These outfits help show how with a few basic pieces you can layer and have a whole new look! You can use any jewelry you already own to also add a different look to these outfits. I am a huge fan of Jane for fashion jewelry at great prices. You can add a bit of flair with some long necklaces or statement necklaces.

Old Navy Returns and exchanges are free when you use our prepaid return shipping label or when you return in store. Due to continued concerns about the coronavirus, Old Navy has extended the return window to JULY 1, 2020 for all purchases made between January 1, 2020 and April 30, 2020.

Kohl’s realizes you may need to make a return to remain within their return timeframe, but their stores are closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Don’t worry! To assist their customers, they will accept returns outside of the 180 day returns window for the first 30 days after our stores re-open. If you are unsure on sizing, just order both sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit.

How to Transition Summer To Fall Outfits

Even with a capsule wardrobe, switching between seasons can be a bit tricky.

You don’t have to go out and buy a whole new wardrobe though. You can easily transition summer to fall outfits just by changing out the shoes and accessories. We came up with 8 looks of summer to fall clothes to help you see how easily you can achieve this transformation! It is as easy as adding a sweater or scarf, changing shoes and swapping accessories. How to To Wear A Summer Dress in Fall

This adorable dress can easily be transitioned to fall when you add a scarf and booties. This dress has great details on the back. I linked to each piece directly but also linked to similar pieces. If one piece sells out, you can easily create a similar look yourself. With new arrivals each week, you may even find something you like better than the piece I featured.

This mixed print top and distressed cropped jeans are on trend this summer and fall. A simple cropped cardigan is a great basic and can transition many tops. I love that this one has a ruched sleeve and shawl collar. It is made of a lightweight knit perfect for fall and even cool summer evenings!

I think this outfit might just be my favorite. I love that the long cardigan and short leather boots totally transform this top and skirt. The summer outfit is quite trendy with lace, caged sandals and animal print while the fall outfit is trendy in a bit more boho way. This really goes to show how accessories can really make an outfit.

Check out these cute Spring Dresses for Women and Girls from JCPenney. There are so many affordable styles including for picky teens.

Even though the weather hasn’t been cooperating all that well, it is finally spring. Spring is full of events where a dress is perfect attire. Everything from Easter to weddings, showers, and graduations. We partnered this month again with JCPenney and my daughters and I checked out the JCPenney website and were happy to find just the right dress and shoes for each of us. We each have our own style and were surprised by the many options from which we could choose.

I love that JCPenney has such affordable and cute spring dresses for the whole family. There are so many styles that it is easy to find just the right dress for everyone. As a busy mom, one-stop shopping like this makes my life so much easier. Plus you can’t beat the prices, each of these dresses was under $35 with the current coupon available on their website and my youngest daughter’s dress was under $20! Dresses and shoes that look great and are super affordable… you can’t beat that! Additionally, for many items, you can purchase online and pick up the same day in store! This is a lifesaver if you are short on time and need just the right shoes or dress for an event coming up soon.

I picked out this floral lace fit and flare dress for me that is super flattering. It looks great and is just my style. I love florals for spring and the lace overlay. It is also stretchy and fully lined so it is easy to just put on and go. I paired it with these neutral block heel sandals that are not too high that they are uncomfortable to walk in. Also, the back straps are elastic and easy to slip right on. These shoes come in a bunch of colors as well. For the finishing touches, I added this three-color stone blue stretch bracelet and blue drop earrings.

Since it can sometimes be chilly in spring, I also added a navy short sleeve shrug that works perfectly with this dress.

My youngest daughter chose this adorable floral red wrap dress. In these pictures, she paired it with white block heel sandals and a silver locket necklace for a more formal event but she has also already worn it to school with tennis shoes and a jean jacket and it looks great on her both ways. I think this red spring dress will be a staple in her wardrobe this spring and summer.

My oldest daughter chose this short sleeved stripe midi dress. I love the pastel stripes for spring. The flutter sleeves and high low hem also give it a great style. She paired it with heeled sandals in spring mist. This color is a perfect pastel that looks great with this dress. The sandals come in many other colors as well. This dress also could be worn for less dressy events with flat sandals or tennis shoes.

I was happy to partner with JCPenney this spring to show how you can have a whole spring refresh of your wardrobe with these super affordable pieces. You will look great at most any occasion from hanging out with the kids at the park to a dinner date! These outfits mix and match and make it easy to get dressed every morning. I have been amazed by the how well the Liz Claiborne jeans from JCPenney fit and how they are so affordable. I have been used to paying much more for jeans but these fit and look great. I love that even though they say skinny fit they are not skin tight. Plus, they come in petite sizes which works great for me. I have been on the lookout for a nice pair of white jeans and these Liz Claiborne Womens Skinny Fit Jeans in white are perfect.

This capsule is just great for travel. I packed most of it for my spring break trip and will be adding pictures of me over on Instagram. Looking forward to having nice spring backgrounds vs dreary Michigan. This cute crossbody Bag is perfect for on the go.

A few weeks ago I shared our newest capsule wardrobe with cute winter outfit ideas from JCPenney and I highlighted the outfits I was wearing for Thanksgiving and other casual winter events. The outfit above I choose to wear for dinners out and casual holiday get-togethers. I included the Liz Claiborne pull-on pants in the capsule in both pine and black. Many of you love the comfort of leggings but not the tight fit. I find these pants to be the perfect solution. They are so comfy for when you are on the go but want to look more dressed up than leggings. The Liz Claiborne Three Keyhole Top, Black Dot can easily be dressed up or down. It looks great with the black pants or jeans. I love the fit of this top so much I also bought the red floral style.
