We loved the new Star Wars movie and were inspired to make some printable star wars valentine cards that will be a HUGE hit with both boys and girls. These are so simple to print at home and have your child give them to their classmates. The Valentine’s include Rey, BB8, Finn and Chewbacca.
Printable Star Wars Valentines Cards
The printable valentine that features Rey says “The Force is Strong with You.” We love Rey at our house.
The valentine that features BB8 says “Rolling By to Wish You a Happy Valentine’s Day”.
The valentine that features Finn says “You are a Rebel” and the valentine that features Chewbacca says “I Chews You!”
With the popularity of Star Wars The Force Awakens these free printable Valentines will a favorite. If you want to make them even more fancy you can add two slits on the corner of the card and add a glow stick with duct tape which can serve as a light saber.
You will want to download the Valentine file below.
Next you will want to print the Valentine’s on cardstock. We used an ivory cardstock because I had it on hand but I think they would be a bit nicer on white cardstock. BB8 looks a bit grungy on our Valentine cards.
The cards will print with four valentine cards per page and you will need to cut them apart. We used our paper cutter but scissors work too!
After that you cut two small slits on the corner of the card to slide in the glowstick lightsaber. My ten year old cut these herself with a craft knife. It is that easy! This is an optional step the cards look cute even without the glowstick lightsaber.
The final step is to insert the glow stick lightsaber and you have super cute DIY Star Wars Valentines Cards.
Here is a list of all the supplies needed to make you own card.
